Why does PreSaleTickets.us charge a service fee?
Service fees are no fun, but they are what allows us to continue operating at the level that we do and to continue providing our customers with such a high level of service and support. Thanks for bearing with the fees and supporting PreSaleTickets.us!
Is PreSaleTickets.us a ticket exchange or a ticket broker?
PreSaleTickets.us is a ticket exchange, which means that we are a licensed and registered company that operates within the secondary ticket market. We do not hold any ticket inventory, but rather offer customers a platform to connect with ticket brokers and compare tickets from sources across the nation.
A ticket broker is a licensed and registered company that buys ticket inventory and holds it until it is resold. Every customer of PreSaleTickets.us will be ordering from our site, but will be recieving their tickets by way of a ticket broker which is the current ticket holder. All tickets on PreSaleTickets.us are held by ticket brokers that are carefully screened for reliability, authenticty, track record, and security.
Please Note: A ticket broker is not the same thing as a ticket scalper. Ticket scalpers do not hold business licenses and are not required to be registered companies. An authentic ticket broker always has a valid business license, as well as any additional regional or national licenses required to operate as a registered company. PreSaleTickets.us is not a ticket scalper, nor do we ever do business with ticket scalpers.
